Shipping policy

As our items are made to order here in our London studio, please allow the specified time until your order is ready to ship. Express shipping is standard with your order and can take from 2 up to 11 business days. We will email you once your order is ready for shipping with a tracking number and all relevant courier information.  Please contact us at info@alannaroselondon.com. if you need any additional information or need a more expedited shipping service for a time sensitive order. We cannot be held liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping, although we will do our absolute best to rectify the situation.
